Mr. Ding is a Partner of Haiwen & Partners. His main practice area includes Capital Markets, M&A, PE and General Corporate.

Mr. Ding worked at Beijing Office from 2012 to 2016, and rejoined Haiwen & Partners in 2018, and currently works at both Beijing office and Chengdu office.

Mr. Ding has participated in numerous market-influential securities issuance projects, covering a variety of project types including A-share IPOs, H-share IPOs, Listings on NEEQ, Private Placements, Bond Issuances, and Material Asset Restructurings.

Mr. Ding has represented numerous well-known investment institutions in various types of transactions, including equity investments, strategic investments, and M&A, and has accumulated extensive experience in industries such as healthcare, electronics and information, advanced manufacturing, new materials, and aerospace etc. In addition, Mr. Ding has also represented numerous well-known enterprises in equity financing, mixed-ownership reform, or the acquisition of various types of assets.

Mr. Ding has been providing General Corporate services to a number of listed or unlisted corporations since 2012.

Mr. Ding received his LL.B. degree and his Master of Laws degree from the China University of Political Science and Law in 2009 and 2012, respectively.
