Mr. Wang joined Haiwen in June 2002. Mr. Wang worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in its New York and Beijing offices from September 2007 to February 2010 and re-joined Haiwen in March 2010.

Mr. Wang received his LLB and LLM from Peking University in 1999 and 2002, respectively, and LLM from New York University School of Law in 2007.
