Ms. Wang joined Haiwen in 2000, and started her career as a litigator.

Universal in its setting up a theme park in Beijing by setting up joint ventures with the Chinese parties;
Whirlpool in its acquisition of Hefei Sanyo by way of equity transfer and private placement and the subsequent integration;
Goldman Sachs as a financial adviser in the acquisition by a foreign investor of a controlling interest in Chinese listed company by way of partial tendering offer;
Diageo in its acquisition of Quanxing Group and taking over of Shuijingfang, a Chinese listed company controlled by the Quanxing Group, by way of general offer;
Carlsberg in connection with a substantial increase of its shareholding in Chong Qing Beer Corporation, a Chinese listed company;
Goldman Sachs and CDH Investment in their acquisition of the Shineway Group, one of the largest meat processing companies in China, and Shineway Development, a Chinese listed company controlled by the Shineway Group;
ThyssenKrupp in connection with several joint venture projects in China;
a major European company in its compliance due diligence review of a Chinese target company;
a major British company in its compliance due diligence review of a Chinese target company;
several leading American, European and British companies in connection with their operations in China, including enterprises establishment, compliance, regulatory concerns and other general corporate matters.
Ms. Wang received her LL.B. degree and her Master of Laws degree from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing in 1993 and 1996, respectively, and her LL.M. degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in Hartford, Connecticut in 1999. Ms. Wang also trained in commercial and investment banking in Germany in 2000. Ms. Wang has been the member of the Chinese Bar since 1993.
Her native language is Chinese, and she is fluent in English.
