    Since 2011, Ms. Xu has been providing consulting service to many companies, including Sinopec (A+H), Tsingtao Brewery (A+H), ICBC (A+H), Xinhua Insurance (A+H), Beijing Hualian (A shares), G-bits (A shares), Harbin Electric (H shares) and Central Huijin.  In particular, Ms. Xu is good at dealing with post-investment management of investment institutions.  Her representative clients include Hillhouse Group, China Mobile Investment, China Life Investment, BAKER BROTHERS, etc.  Ms. Xu has rich experience in information disclosure, equity change, corporate governance, equity incentive and daily compliance of listed companies.

    In the area of M&A transactions, Ms Xu has participated in representative projects including: investing in many A-share companies engaged in the medical and health field on behalf of Temasek; Invested in several pharmaceutical companies on behalf of Hillhouse Group; On behalf of Hillhouse Capital, completed the first QFII of Shanghai Stock Exchange and transferred old shares through negotiated transfer; Representing Zhendong Pharmaceutical to sell the controlling interest of Langdi calcium tablets to Fountain Capital; On behalf of Central Huijin, sold the domestic shares held by CICC, initiated the establishment of China Everbright Shares, transferred the equity of China Investment Securities, introduced strategic investors for Xinhua Insurance to increase its holdings of the four major state-owned commercial banks; Invested in Hong Kong stocks of Xiaomi Group on behalf of China Mobile Investment Corporation; The transfer of tsingtao brewery shares held by Asahi Brewery on behalf of Tsingtao Brewery Group; Set up a joint venture with GE on behalf of Harbin Electric; Representing COFCO in the internal restructuring of liquor business; Represent Sinopec Sales company to carry out mixed reform and introduce social investors; On behalf of Zhaoyi Innovation and Hefei Industrial Park project cooperation; On behalf of IDG capital to participate in the air network privatization delisting investment week black duck; Reached strategic cooperation with Gansu Qingyang Group on behalf of Titan Tongyuan and IDG Capital; Represent B&T home to increase its capital by PE investor; On behalf of Cowell Health, carried out several chain drugstore acquisition projects; Investment in Phoenix Holidays on behalf of Hong Kong New World Group; Several rounds of equity financing on behalf of shenzhen Huanjin, Dmall; Bcommerce; The acquisition of Seventh Avenue on behalf of Sohu Changyou; Invest in Shenzhen Yongfengyuan on behalf of New Horizontal Capital; Investing in BIT-auto on behalf of Providence Asia Investment Fund; Investing in Wing Ma human Resources on behalf of Morgan Stanley Asia Fund, and etc.

    In the area of Capital Markets transactions, Ms Xu's representative projects mainly include: G-bits’ A-share IPO; Chow Tai Fook Jewelry's IPO in Hong Kong; Representing the consortium of investors and Zhaoyi Innovation to carry out major asset restructuring; On behalf of Soufun to spin-off in A share listing; Assisted several institutional shareholders to transfer their A-shares through block trade and negotiated transfer on behalf of Goldman Sachs; On behalf of Titan Tongyuan to acquire Hongbo Mining and achieve backdoor listing in H shares; Sinopec issued 23 billion yuan of convertible (A-share) bonds to qualified investors and 50 billion yuan of corporate bonds; to complete the reform project of non-tradable shares of two domestically listed companies; assisted Central Huijin, Sinopec, Giant Group Beijing Hualian and other companies to issue debt financing instruments corporate bonds for many times, and etc

    Ms. Xu received her LLB and LLM from China University of Political Science and Law in 2008 and 2011, respectively
