Ms. Zheng is a Partner of Haiwen & Partners.  Ms. Zheng has over 13 years of legal experiences in areas of capital markets, M&A, private equity investment and general corporate.

Ms. Zheng joined Haiwen in 2008 and worked as a partner in 2017.  Before joining Haiwen, she worked at an American law firm Shanghai office.

In the area of capital markets transactions, Ms.Zheng has represented both issuers and underwriters in numerous equity and bond offerings on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, HKSE, NYSE.  Representative onshore transactions include the initial public offerings of BeiGene(688235.SH), Shanghai Anlogic Infotech Co., Ltd.(688107.SH), Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. In the area of M&A and PE transactions, Ms. Zheng has extensively represented financial institutions and private equity firms, as well as large enterprises for their M&A and PE investments.  Ms. Zheng’s clients include Alibaba Group, Tecent, Pingan Group, Guotai Junan Securities, China Grand Automotive Services Group Co., Ltd., Sequoia Capital, PAG, SAIF, Yunfeng Capital, CICC, Redview Capital, etc.  Ms.Zheng has also represented numerous corporations in their private equity financing transactions.  Representative transactions include Lufax, Pingan OneConnect, Pingan good doctor land Ping An Healthcare Technology in their private equity financings.

Ms. Zheng received her LL.B. degree and her Master of Laws degree from the Peking University in 2005 and 2007, respectively.
