■ Represented institutional clients in complex equity or asset acquisitions, including New Frontier on its acquisition of a leading oncology centres in Hong Kong, CITIC on its acquisition of the controlling stake of Terminix China business, one institutional client on its asset acquisitions of several popular video games and related assets, Chi Forest on its acquisition of a well-known tea-based drink brand, Danaher on its acquisition of 100% equity interests in Pall-Austar Lifesciences, Bayer on its acquisition of Dianhong Group, Unilever on its acquisition of Qinyuan.
■ Advised institutional clients on corporate and business sales, including Education First (EF) on its sale to Permira the majority equity interests in English training business across several countries, Coty on its sale to KKR 60% interest in the professional beauty business and retail hair business at an enterprise value of USD4.3 billion, Li & Fung Group on its sale to Suning Group OK convenience stores and brand.
