Runze received his LL.B. degree from Nanjing University and a Master of Arts degree from the Johns Hopkins University, SAIS, Nanjing Center and a LL.M degree from Harvard University. Runze is admitted to practice law in the PRC and passed the New York Bar Examination in 2019.
