Mr. Qiu is a partner in Haiwen's Shanghai office.  Mr. Qiu's practice focuses on capital market, private equity investment and general corporate matters.

Mr. Qiu joined Haiwen in 2021.  Before joining us, Mr. Qiu worked with Fangda Partners and Jingtian & Gongcheng.

Mr. Qiu received his LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2009, and his LL.M. degree (with Honor) from Northwestern University School of Law in 2014.
