Ms. Liu has provided legal services for the medical device company Concemed, and provided post-investment legal services for various domestic and overseas projects of several investors such as Tencent, TME, Huawei, SAIF, etc., including providing legal services to clients on corporate governance and compliance matters in relation to outbound direct investment, establishment and dissolution of joint ventures, and employee equity incentives.
Ms. Liu is qualified to practice in PRC and New York State.
Ms. Liu is also registered in the talent pool of foreign-related lawyers of Beijing Lawyers Association.
Ms. Liu obtained due bachelor's degree in law and English literature from China University of Political Science and Law in 2013, a master's degree in law (LL.M.) from Fordham University in 2015 and a master's degree in law from China University of Political Science and Law in 2016.
Ms. Liu is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
