Mr. Meng is a Counsel of Haiwen & Partners. Mr. Meng’s practice focuses on PE, M&A and general corporate.

Mr. Meng joined Haiwen in 2018. Prior to joining Haiwen, Mr. Meng had worked for several years at Fangda Partners, Jingtian & Gongcheng, and Zhong Lun.
