Xixiang is a partner in the firm’s Beijing office.  He has extensive experience in the areas of antitrust and competition, M&A corporate.

Xixiang joined the firm in 2013.

In the area of antitrust and competition, Xixiang advises multinational and Chinese clients on the full range of competition law issues (including merger control, unilateral and joint conducts), foreign investment control/national security review matters.  Xixiang constantly conducts preliminary multi-jurisdictional merger control/foreign investment control analysis for his clients in cross board transactions.

Xixiang received his LLB. degree and LLM. degree, B.A. (Dual Degree) in Psychology from Peking University.
