On December 12, 2019 (US Eastern Time), the American Depositary Shares (ADSs) of EHang Holdings Limited (“EHang”) began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “EH” and became the first listed autonomous aerial vehicle company in the world. EHang offered 3,200,000 ADSs (subject to the over-allotment option) at the initial public offering price of US$12.50 per ADS and raised approximately US$40 million in gross proceeds.
